Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) is transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) called eClinicalWorks effective December 16th. With that, comes a new patient engagement experience including a new patient portal which will be through Healow.
To ensure your needs are addressed and do not get misrouted during this transition, some features of our current patient portal (CHC Connect/EzAccess) have been disabled. Features including but not limited to, messaging and prescription refill requests. To have these needs addressed until you receive your new portal invitation please contact your primary care office directly.
At this time, you are still able to make a payment on the CHC Connect portal and will continue to make any payments on CHC Connect for any date of service you have prior to 12/16/2024. All appointments scheduled after 12/16/2024 requiring a payment will be able to be made on the new portal as well as communication with your WMCHC office.
